Baltib.org wants to promote game development in the Baltimore area. 

It does this by making the Baltib.org console available in public places.
Baltimore could play your game on these things.  

The Baltiborg console looks like an old-fashioned arcade cabinet.
Inside the cabinet is a cheap computer, running a browser. 
The browser shows games on the Baltib.org web site. 

Anyone can play Baltib.org games by going to the web site.
Anyone can make a Baltiborg game: it's just Flash or Javascript. 
Anyone can build a Baltiborg console: we give you detailed instructions.
